Behavioral Health Working Group

Who We Are

We are a working group of state and local mental health providers, and community members, interested in improving mental health in Lawrence. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment, build trust and lay foundations for engagement into care, via regular meetings, continued networking, education and awareness. Through collaboration, we hope to achieve the highest possible level of care that will allow our mental health clients to lead full lives in their respective communities.

Currently, the MHTF is working on a survey to assess the need for Mental Health Interpreters in the delivery of MH services in Lawrence.

Next Meeting:

  • BHWG meetings will now be held on the fourth Thursday of every other month. The next meeting is scheduled for September 23rd at Vinfen, 599 Canal Street, 3rd floor, East Side, Lawrence, MA 01840.
