A community partnership that works collaboratively to address health inequities related to breast, cervical and prostate cancers, cardiovascular diseases, Diabetes, and other health conditions affecting the women and men in our community. This is achieved through education, health fairs, free health screenings, and referrals, targeting the uninsured/underinsured population in Lawrence and nearby communities.

The Women's/Men's Health Working Group partnership is a collaboration between the city of Lawrence, Lawrence Council on Aging, Home Health Foundation, Lawrence General Hospital, YWCA of Greater Lawrence, Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, and other area health/social service providers.
