A multi-disciplinary network to improve and expand opportunities for Lawrence's youth; through the Five Promises wrap-around supports that young people need for success in life: effective education, caring adults, a healthy start, safe places, and an opportunities to help others.

Our Guiding Principles: (adopted from the City Safe Initiative)

• ...we must create new opportunities for youth.
• Changing perceptions that Lawrence is unsafe is a central element to creating more safety and opportunity in the City.
• Collaborative action is needed to address issues facing Lawrence in innovative ways.
